We make every effort to ensure that your order is processed, shipped, and delivered in a smooth and timely manner.
Once an order is placed and confirmed on our website, it is processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We currently ship orders across India using trusted third-party courier and logistics partners. The estimated delivery time after dispatch is usually 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier serviceability, and local conditions.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout. In some cases, promotional or bulk orders may qualify for free shipping, which will be mentioned on the product or checkout page.
After your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, transportation issues, or courier delays. We are not liable for such delays once the product has been handed over to the courier partner.
Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we take utmost care in packaging and dispatching our products. However, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.
You may request a return if:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product is defective
- An incorrect product has been delivered
To be eligible for a return, the request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Returned products must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original condition
- With original packaging, labels, and invoice
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number, reason for return, and clear images or videos of the product showing the issue. Our team will review the request and inform you of the next steps.
Once the return is approved, the product must be shipped back as per the instructions provided by our support team. Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
