All return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.


Conditions for Return

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • All original labels, seals, and invoices must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory

Products that show signs of usage, damage due to misuse, or tampering are not eligible for return or refund.

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and clear images or videos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Return requests without proper documentation or prior approval will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed accordingly.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping or handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.

In cases where a replacement is preferred or more suitable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Products purchased during clearance or special discount sales (unless damaged)
